Very Berry Sipper
Servings 1 smoothie
- 1 cup raspberry-cranberry juice, chilled
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1 large banana, peeled and sliced
- 3/4 cup mixed berries, frozen
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed
Put all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Serve at once.
